Shiki
Hyatt's award-winning Japanese restaurant, Shiki, presents outstanding tempura, sushi and teppanyaki in a traditional setting of authentic Japanese decor. Guests are treated to a fascinating spectacle as our talented chefs demonstrate their superb culinary techniques. You'll be eagerly awaiting each mouth-watering course as it is masterfully prepared and presented before you. Choose from a range of set menus or an à la carte menu featuring the finest fresh produce. A variety of traditional or fine Australian-made sake is also available to complement your Japanese dining experience.

Riverside Restaurant
Riverside Restaurant is one of Adelaide's favourite buffet restaurants. Open seven days a week for casual dining, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night supper, Riverside's sumputous buffet selection features a great range of comfort food incorporating the best of local seafood and produce, as well as a range of decadent desserts.
Riverside is located on the hotel's Lobby level and features a private dining room, comfortably seating a party of ten. In addition, the restaurant's close proximity to the Adelaide Festival Centre means Riverside is the ideal choice for pre-theatre dining, offering a special pre-theatre menu.
